Nitrous oxide is a safe, mild blend of oxygen and nitrous oxide that your child breathes through a small, scented nose mask. It is one of the most conservative ways to help a child navigate dental anxiety.

 

  • Quick & Gentle: It works quickly to create a calm, "happy" feeling and wears off almost immediately after the mask is removed.
  • Stay Awake & Aware: Your child remains fully awake and able to communicate with our team, allowing us to continue treating them from their unique point of view.
